* FIXING YOUR MIND-SET *
This topic, I feel.. isn't really touched upon enough when it comes to fitness goals - yet it is, without a doubt one of the most important parts to achieving your goals (and that goes for ANY goals in life).
Too many times we hear "I've tried that diet" or "I did this diet for a while".
Let me tell you why this is already setting yourself up for failure, "trying" something implies that it is temporary, it implies that it is a short-term change.
To achieve your goals, you must 'BECOME' something.. you must decide to make a long-term change, and accept that it will involve hurdles, it will challenge you right down to your core beliefs, and it WILL change you.
You must consciously make the decision, to become the person you want to be.. without excuses, no matter on the strength required.
There are daily steps you can implement into your current lifestyle right now, to begin this change.. smell steps that will lead to big results.
